This website is provided by Splash for information about our services. Project work is governed by a separate written quote and agreement.

Estimates

The interactive estimator produces an indicative range only. It is not a binding quote. Fixed pricing follows discovery and a written proposal.

Intellectual property

Site content is owned by Splash or its licensors unless a client engagement transfers ownership of deliverables as stated in the project agreement. Clients own code, repo, domain and assets from day one under our standard build terms.

Liability

Our liability for project work is limited to the fees you have paid for that project. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
